Sunward Web Design offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

What this covers

• Website project deposits — request a refund within 30 days of the order date and we will refund your deposit in full.
• Monthly hosting & maintenance — request a refund within 30 days of a charge and we will refund it. You can cancel the subscription at any time; cancelling stops future charges and coverage ends at cancellation.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at sunwardwebdesign@gmail.com or call (248) 704-6600. Please include your order confirmation or receipt so we can process it quickly.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once approved, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
